Russell W. Coe, formerly of Pittsburgh and long-time resident of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the Church of God Home, Carlisle. He was born in Pittsburgh, on May 21, 1916, to the late William and Kathryn (nee Reingrover) Coe.
