MENA — Roy Joe Bradley, 69, of Mena died Thursday, July 14, 2016, in North Little Rock. He was born Sept. 16, 1946, in Board Camp. He was an Army veteran, an X-Ray technician in the pipeline industry and a member of the American Legion and B.P.O.E. Mena Elks Lodge.
