Rosalie Ciulla of Fort Smith passed away March 16, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born in Bisacquino, Italy, to Sarino and Mary Ciulla. She attended Immaculate Conception School and was a graduate of St. Anne’s Academy. She retired from Mid-America as a credit manager. She was a long-standing member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the Auxiliary and the Auxiliary Wednesday Sewing Group. For many years, her specialty was making the baptismal bibs.
