Rosa Cooper

Rosa Ann Cooper, 69, of Van Buren passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2016. She was born April 18, 1946, in Mena to the late Royal and Lois Raines‐Philpot. She was of the Catholic faith and a former employee of Rheem. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacey Cooper.
