DECATUR – Patricia (Parks) Roof, of Kingman, Arizona, formerly of Decatur passed away peacefully on April 6, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones. “Trede” was born in Decatur, Sept. 14, 1931 to Oliver and Dorothy Parks.
