Ronnie Sheppard

Ronnie Lee "Joe" Sheppard, 71, of Watts, Okla., died Thursday, July 28, 2016, in Springdale. He was a poultry farmer. He was born May 18, 1945, in Ozark to Chester Lee and Delcia Marie Frost Sheppard. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Patty Boen Sheppard; and two sisters, Linda Sheppard and Lavern Mitchell.
