Ronald Francis

Ronald Francis, 73, of Fort Smith passed away Jan. 4, 2016, and went home to be with his lord. He was employed by McCormick Spice Co., for 30 years. For the next 18 years, he and his wife operated and owned N.W. Ar. Hi-Tech, an Anti-Freeze Recycling Company. He retired in 2012.
