Roger Louis Bigler, 72, died Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born December 15, 1944, in Decorah, Iowa, the son of Louis J. and Charlotte I. (Reckward) Bigler). Roger graduated from high school in Fowler, Colorado in 1962.
