On the afternoon of June 2, 2016, Roger Bartlett "Bart" Crisp, 48, of Fort Smith passed of natural causes at his home. Bart was born Feb. 17, 1968, in Jonesboro. He was the third child and second son of Charles Manford and Virginia Lou Wortham Crisp.
