Rod Temperton, Who Wrote ‘Thriller’ for Michael Jackson and ‘Boogie Nights,’ Dies

A British keyboardist and songwriter, he was a member of the disco-funk group Heatwave and went on to compose some of Jackson’s biggest hits.
