Rocky Lee Woolsey, 57, of Hackett passed away March 27, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born Jan. 6, 1959, in Fort Smith. He was a former employee of Whirlpool. Rocky was a loving and caring father. He was a dear friend to many and well-liked by all. Rocky’s fondest memories and favorite times were spent watching his children and grandchildren play ball, fishing, running trotlines, playing the bass guitar, eating catfish and skydiving or anything aviation-related.
