Roberta Harris

Roberta L. (Rice) Harris of Waldron died peacefully Saturday, Jan. 29, 2016, in Fayetteville. Roberta was born Nov. 28, 1930, in Waldron, the daughter of Jimmie and Hazel Rice of the Birdsview community.
