Robert Winters

Robert L. Winters passed away June 13 2016, at home and at peace. He was born Nov. 22, 1940, to Quin and Mabel Winters. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark; and is survived by his wife, Ann Scott Winters; son, Matthew Winters; grandson, Joey; and a slew of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
