Robert Courtney Sherrod, age 74, of Fort Smith passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, May 17, 2016. He was born May 9, 1942, in Shreveport, La., to the late Lorraine Helen Starr and William Johnce Sherrod. Courtney worked many years as a tool and die maker for several different companies, including Coca Cola and Glover Machine Shop.
