Robert “Bob” Lee Whitt, age 74, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at Holzer of Jackson. He was born Sept. 22, 1943 in Firebrick, Ohio to the late Walter and Nora (Brofford) Whitt.
