Rita Cusick

Rita Ann Cusick, 68, of Arkoma passed away July 21, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Oct. 2, 1947, in Cavanaugh to the late Dewey and Rosemary Head. She was a member of Arkoma Assembly of God Church and a homemaker. She was a fan of video games. She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Jimmy, Orville, Jerry, Mitchell and Dewey Head Jr.; three sisters, Otho Jackson, Billie Beene and Bessie Ann Head.
