Richard Smith

CECIL — Richard Elwood Smith, 88, of Cecil died Sunday, June 19, 2016, in Ozark. He was born May 28, 1928, in Flushing, N.Y. He retired as dean of instruction at Mt. View Community College in Dallas County, Texas, and was a member of the Church of Christ.
