RICHARD L. HEBERT

RICHARD L. HEBERT, 85, of Alder Bend Road, Altona, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility. He was born in East Hampton, Mass. on Jan. 23, 1930, the son of Pliny and Rhoda (Peryer) Hebert. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016 at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at a time to be announced in St. Joseph's Church in West Chazy. Entombment will follow in Whisperin
