Richard Dixon

EDMOND, Okla. — Richard Lee Dixon, 85, of Edmond, Okla., died Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, in Edmond. He was a graduate of Sallisaw High School, earned his bachelor’s from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla., and his master’s from San Francisco State. He was a Navy veteran, an educator for Modesto City and a Methodist.
