SILOAM SPRINGS — Richard Ray "Rick" Bulger, 69, of Siloam Springs, formerly of Prairie Grove, died Friday, July 22, 2016, in Fayetteville. He was born June 6, 1947, in Fayetteville. He retired as a truck broker and was the widower of his first wife, Vickii Bulger.
