Rhonda Luckes

Rhonda Luckes, 67, of Farmers Branch, Texas, formerly of Fort Smith, died of leukemia Friday, April 15, 2016, in Dallas. She was born March 17, 1949, in Fort Knox, Ky., to the late Clinton and Genevieve “Gene” Luckes. She attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School and Southside High School. She was a longtime member and parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was an avid horse woman and could be seen riding “Cloudy” through the neighborhoods of Fort
