Phillip Williams

Phillip Benton Williams, 74, of Fort Smith passed away April 7, 2016. He was born Oct. 31, 1941, in Fort Smith. He was of the Baptist faith and a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Benton and Josephine Swendell; his wife, Frances Williams; and one sister, Marla Hall.
