Phillip Weindel

Phillip Lee Weindel, 65, of Fort Smith passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016. He was born March 9, 1951. He was of the Catholic faith; he was a veteran of the Marine Corps and a member of the Black Widows Motorcycle Club.
