Phillip Sloan

MENA — Phillip Talley Sloan, 66, of Mena died Wednesday, June 8, 2016. He was born Nov. 13, 1949, in Kremmling, Colo. He was a Navy veteran, the county land surveyor and founder of Bethel Christian School with his wife.
