Phillip Ramsey

Phillip Lee Ramsey Sr., 50, of Fort Smith died Monday, May 23, 2016, in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 11, 1965, in Kansas City, Kan. He was a former physical therapy technician at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center and a member of Harvest Time Tabernacle Church.
