Philip “Phil” Bryant Crace, age 25, of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born on Jan. 15, 1992, in Gallipolis, to Warnie and Ruth (Jackson) Crace.
