Paul Manning

Paul Reece Manning, 77, of Fort Smith passed away Dec. 18, 2015. He was born April 23, 1938, in Lebanon, Tenn. He was a former employee of Whirlpool, was of the Baptist faith and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by one brother, H.C. Manning.
