Paul Cowart

PARIS — Paul Lloyd Cowart, 62, of Paris died Sunday, May 8, 2016, in his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1954, in San Andreas, Calif. He worked installing water lines, car body work, building chicken houses and laying rock.
