Patricia Fleener

An angel was taken to heaven; Patricia Ann Fleener, 63, of Van Buren passed away Friday, July 15, 2016. She was born Sept. 7, 1952, in Terrell, Ind. She was a nurse's assistant and a cook at the Ozark Truck Plaza.
