Otis Hale

Otis Hale, 70, of Fort Smith died July 6, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born Sept. 25, 1945, in Oleo, to Homer and Imogene Davenport Hale, and moved to California with his family when he was very young. His father was a minister, and they moved from town to town pastoring churches. Otis took after his father later in life, himself becoming an ordained minister.
