O.D. Frederick

O.D Frederick Jr., 91, of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016, in a local nursing home. He was born March 1, 1925, in Southard, Okla., to Oliver D. and Maggie (Wilder) Frederick. He was one of seven children and was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He began his career as a disc jockey in Mena. In 1959, he went to work for the Federal Aviation Agency as an electronic technician in Fort Smith. He retired in 1986. He had a talent for gardening and growing flowers. He cou
