Carrie J. Coleman, 95, of East Shelbiana Road, Pikeville, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born March 19, 1921, the daughter of the late Green F. and Rebecca Blackburn Justice and wife of the late Victor Coleman.
