Nora Flippin

Nora Flippin, 84, of Fort Smith passed away Jan. 28, 2016. She was born Sept. 11, 1931, in Missouri to the late Homer and Gladys (Thayer) Wiseman. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church and a Clearinghouse volunteer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Flippin; one brother, Johnny; and one son, Jerry Flippin.
