Nancy Winters

Nancy Jean Winters, a resident of Bartlesville, Okla., joined her heavenly father on June 30, 2016, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa surrounded by her family. Born in 1950 in Springfield, Mass., to Thornton and Constance Beecher, Nancy received her bachelor of science in education from the University of Arkansas in 1972.
