Nancy Jo Mattis, 71, of Indiana, formerly of Gipsy and Natrona Heights, died Thursday, June 14, 2018, at Butler Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 14, 1946, in Punxsutawney, she was a daughter of the late George Poliyak and Yvonne (McKee) Poliyak Deyarmin.
