Nancy Loudell Culwell, 73, of Bokoshe passed away Friday, July 15, 2016, in Little Rock. Nancy was born May 30, 1943, in Bokoshe to James Leo and Pat (Jacobs) Eoff. She was a homemaker. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Leo Eoff.
