Monte Lee Alison, 60

Monte Lee Alison, 60, of Burnsville, Minn., passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 9, 2017. He was born May 23, 1957, and grew up in the Black Hills. Monte loved the Hills, as well as the Spearfish Canyon.
