Melody Opolka

Melody Jean Opolka, 73, of Hackett entered into rest April 12, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Aug. 23, 1942, in Chicago to the late Alfred and Evelyn Brinkman‐Bennings. She was of the Lutheran faith, a homemaker and her joy was her grandchildren. We would like to thank Mercy ER all the way through to Mercy Hospice.
