Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips, 31, of Fort Smith passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, in Crawford County. He was born June 27, 1984, in Fort Smith. He attended Oklahoma Baptist University, where he played golf and basketball. He was an amphibious air traffic controller for the U.S. Navy, having served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
