Mary Threlkeld

Mary Louise Threlkeld, 86, of Van Buren passed away Monday, March 14, 2016. She worked as a bookkeeper for several stores, including Hunt’s Department Store in Fort Smith and was of the Catholic faith. She was a graduate of Van Buren High School Class of 1947. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Lena (Jannett) Effenberger; her sister, Lucille Whetsel; and three brothers, Otis, Martin and Freddie Effenberger.
