Martin Cowley

NEW BLAINE — Martin O. “Buck” Cowley, 87, of New Blaine died Thursday, April 14, 2016, in New Blaine. He was born Dec. 30, 1928, in Maud, Texas. He was a retired staff sergeant in the Marine Corps and later worked as a field service engineer for the Civil Service. He was the widower of Vickie Cowley.
