Mark Plumlee

Mark Alan Plumlee, 56, of Fort Smith passed away April 27, 2016. He was born Sept. 9, 1959, in Springfield, Mo. He was a self-employed welder. He graduated from High School in Dundee, N.Y., and entered the service in Syracuse, N.Y. He was a veteran of the Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Eugene Plumlee and Betty Naoma Plumlee, and his older sister, Cyndy Caruthers.
