Margaret Willis

Margaret Ann Willis, 81, of Fort Smith passed away April 12, 2016, and was born Dec. 21, 1934, in Dardanelle to the late William Louis Surratt and Earlene Perry. She was a cook for the school system, worked for Area Agency many years and was a lifelong member of the Ninth Street Baptist Church and Federated Fidelity Women’s Club.
