Marcella Mae Warrens, age 85, of Ray, Ohio passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Jenkins Care Facility in Wellston. She was born August 3, 1931 in Jackson County to the late Nathaniel and Gladys (Young) West.
