Lydia Jane Neal, age 90, of Tad, formerly of Vaughan, died November 23, 2017. She was born April 6, 1927, in Nicholas County and was the daughter of the late Arnal Earl and Mable Clair Brown. She was also predeceased by five brothers and three sisters.
