Leona Howard-Meyers

Leona A. Hall Howard-Meyers, 89, died Monday, Feb. 22, 2016. She was born Nov. 10, 1926, in Clarksville. She graduated from Fort Smith High School, worked in sales, owned a floral shop in Garland, Texas, was a Christian, a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Rogers, a former secretary at Camp Chaffee and the widow of Leo Hall and James Howard.
