Leon Harper

Leon Atkinson Harper was born in Booneville on April 26, 1935, the son of the late Ira Mack Harper and the late Girtie Mae Harper. He passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, peacefully in his home in Booneville under hospice care.
