Leo Seal

Leo Seal, 88, of Ozark died Monday, June 20, 2016, in Little Rock. He was a retired job superintendent for Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, a U.S. Navy World War II veteran, and a member of First Baptist Church in Ozark. He was born Aug. 3, 1927, in Emmett to Granville Earl and Vera McFarland Seal and was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sue Adams Seal; two sisters, Cleo Lewis and Margaruite Westmoreland; two brothers, Joseph Robert Seal and Granville Earl Seal Jr.; and
