Ocala, Fla. -  Leo "Frank" Follett, age 76, former physical education and science teacher at the parochial schools of Assumption and St. Joseph's parishes, in Cresco, Iowa passed away peacefully in Ocala, Florida, on April 8, 2016. His wife and daughter were at his side.
