Leamon Sharpe

B. Leamon Sharpe, who resided in Charleston, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, in Charleston. He was born Aug. 30, 1922, in Charleston to the late Everett Sharpe and Maggie (Metcalf) Sharpe. He was almost 94 years old. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Opal (Smith) Sharpe; one son, Richard Sharpe; and one sister, Norma Dean Sharpe. Leamon was a bookkeeper for Shipley Baking Co. in Fort Smith for several years and he retired as office manager for Bruce-Rogers Co. in Fort Smith.
